Ryan Bracewell is 27 years old, 6'1 and 300 lbs. He started weight training at 13 to become a better football player, and since then his strength has reached phenomenal levels. To date his best lifts are a 455 lbs bench, 730 lbs box squat, and 850lbs deadlift. Some of his best strongman feats include 960 lbs yoke walk for 60 feet, 410 lbs farmers in each hand for 50 feet, and 380 lbs Log clean and press. In powerlifting he holds all of the APF Raw records for the 308lbs weight class with a 628 lbs squat, 419 lbs bench, 766 lbs deadlift, and 1813 lbs total
Ryan started competing in Strongman at the beginning of 2008 and after only his second contest he qualified for NAS National Championship, where he won the 265lbs weight class and placed 4th overall. In 2009 he has narrowly missed out on his pro card several times before finally earning his American Strongman Pro Card in 2010 at the Orlando Show of Champions.
