At the age of 19, Amy competed in her first bodybuilding competition 1 year after being release from the hospital for a rare disease called Guillian-Barre Syndrom. She placed second in the novice division at the 2003 NPC Excalibur. She was hooked!
Her experiences playing and coaching sports, her illness, the long road to recovery and her never-ending energy levels, propelled her into a career in the health and fitness industry. Currently in Scottsdale, Arizona.. she works as a health & fitness coach nationwide. Her passion is rehabilitation, sports specific/performance training, contest prep, nutrition, and life coaching.
