The Nitric Oxide Affect!
By Team iForce Nutrition
In order to increase muscle mass one must: stimulate the muscle through training, take in the nutrients required to recover, and finally give the body ample time to rest and eventually grow. The downside to this basic fact is that this process takes time. Since we live in a fast paced society, fueled by instant gratification and quick results, the next question is how do you go about speeding up that process?
The key is to make sure that you get the most out of each and every workout, and then saturate the muscle with the nutrients required to start the recovery process. For over a decade nitric oxide has been proven to speed up this process, which has made it a must have for anybody looking to increase muscular strength and size. The simplest way to explain how nitric oxide works is that it increases red blood cell flow in the body. When increasing red blood flow to the muscle you are in turn increasing nutrient flow to the muscle as well as muscular oxygenation. When a muscle is saturated with blood full of oxygen its output abilities skyrocket, making you both stronger as well as giving you more endurance during your workout. Obviously when you are feeling stronger with increased endurance you have better workouts, enabling you to further break down the muscle fiber which takes care of step one on the journey to increased muscle mass.
Step two shuttles the nutrients into the muscle to speed up recovery time. Well, when taking any nitric oxide product you are controlling the circulation of blood flow as well as nutrient flow to the muscle. The more blood and nutrients that can engorge the muscle the quicker it can recover. The quicker a muscle can recover the faster it will be ready to be stimulated through training again which means you will be able to start the process over again. The problem here is that a muscle, in the absence of nitric oxide and proper nutrition, isn’t fully recovered. It will not be able to function at its highest capacity limiting growth. In other words, the longer it takes to recover the longer it takes to grow.
As most of you know I am a guy who preaches the importance of proper training and nutrition. However, if you want to speed up that process look for a supplement that increases blood flow as well as cell volumization. A product of this type can take what you are already doing and in the most basic terms - speed up progress. So if you are serious and are looking to get to your goals look no further than your nearest plasma volumizer. |
